OK, I may not be alone on this but Please do not bring back the BoB!
George, so it has mate you a fortune, all love it. Don't milk it.
Create a new car that is not based on the BoB.
It was the 'Last of the V8 Interceptors' for a reason.

Yes its an FX, in technical terms 48-215, an aussie holden ute
If this is what the cars will look like they look prity kool, as long as they stay away from cars with plastic bumper bars and keep it old school
This new project is very exciting and i intend to get to a few shows with my car, why dont everybody get together and turn up to events before no 4 is released
what better time for us fans to get together and show ours cars off, even organize a run to silverton when the musuem opens next year

I think they should give a cameo to all of us with cars:-)
After all we are doing free advertising for them!
And at car shows it is certainly a draw card for the promoters. The cops even stop me to have photos taken!

No doubt there's going to be some level of security there. You might be better off rooting through the rubbish bin outside looking for production doodads.
Almost made it.
Rocked up in the Bopper and told security I was making a delivery of a car to the set of Mad Max. He pointed out the building, then asked for my name and company.
"Charlie Roop. Names on the side of the car. Vandelay Industries"
He said I wasn't on the list. Wouldn't let me in.
I said "what? Do you think I'm some crazy fan who drives around in a 35 year old mad max car for kicks?"
"Your not on the list"
"Ok buddy... they can come and pick it up from me then"
I hit the sirens and left.
Might try again later...

What am I talking about? It's clear to me now that these are two of the vehicles that were rumored back in May to have been brought out of storage. In other words, these were built for the Namibia shoot and are probably near complete and fully functional.
Thanks to the earlier poster explaining about the function of the strap.

It would be awsome if the original gangs return have the Red F-100 return as well.
