"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

I think they're supposed to be those little red butterfly venturi thingies that you see on the front of some blowers. I know they're not actually called butterfly venturis, but that's the first word that comes to mind.
