Those are Chevy Impala SS's they were made form 95-96.they had the Vette 350's in them and are collectable even today.Their based off the 91-96 Chevy Caprice Oh and Amy Smarts charactors car wasn't a Honda Civic.It was a Volkswagon Rabbit or Cabriolet
