That only means that there are to many freaking wealthy people around making it impossible for the middle man to own such a machine... Pocket change to some, others work their entire life and don't even get close to that ammount.
But anyway, In the end, as with all things, it's always about who wants to pay the most money. But at a price you can get a few bugatti veyrons I would start to scratch my head a little.

There were also a LOT of false bids. They had to clean up the bidding a few times. Not sure if its been 100% confirmed that it will be sold for that amount.

I see a Dukes sheriff Rambler on there at the moment. Strangely the ad doesn't mention DOH, but has Hazzard county police decals on it.

AMC brospeh 'AMC' Matador don't muddy that cars legendary status by calling it a rambler LOL

j/k I know that OZ still used the'Rambler' name on AMC cars back in the day. Getting back to Shnieders Dukes Charger,I wonder why he sold such a cool car?Eh maybe who knows, prob the same reason why Burt Reynolds has owned several 2nd gen Pontiac Trans AMs over the years and has sold them as well.

The Rambler/ Matador were in the first series.... they changed models every few years....
They also loved to re-hash a certain creek jump... which was used in series one. Its Roscos orginal Matador.... even though later in the series he is driving a Dodge or something else...
The old continuity dept. left a lot to be desired....... But hey i think we all still loved the show !

All those cars the sheriff deputies used on the series were REAL cop cars.those car you saw being chewed up and psat out every show were REALLY powered by 440 Big Block Mopars and what hurts for me since i'm a Rambler/AMC fanatic is the mattys that were destroyed were rare factory '401' pwd AMC Matador cop cars that in real life would flat out wax those Pymouth Fury's ASSES at least the 72 and up ones.

This one looks like a replica from the crappy NEW movie. Most of the police cars in the series were the Dodge Monaco (between them and the A-Team, the monacos must be a pretty rare vehicle!)
