Hi there again everybody.

We have been working hard and have something to show you that we think you'll like.

Image

This is the finished scanned image ready to go to print of the latest edition to the Mad Max family. We are not releasing this print for sale to the general public until we do the Memorabilia show (Birmingham) at the end of November, where we will also be unveiling the finished painting as well.

We would like to offer the first opportunity to buy this print to members of the Mad Max Movies site as you have all been very supportive over the last 12 months and said some great things about our work.

You are the first people to see this image outside the people at invisible inc and they only saw it this morning.

This image will be limited to 50 prints only with 35 available for only sales.

P.S.

If you visit invisibleincdesign.com enter the http://www.invisibleincdesign.com/competition.html, we could do with something a bit more sensible to paint them some of the suggestions they have received already.

This is no offence to you or your painters, but why does it look like its been cut out from a photo and then just stuck through a filter in Photoshop?

Alan, our artist has asked me to post this for him on his behalf.

"If it is the style of painting you are not keen on, then unfortunately that is the style I paint in and have done for years. I think whatever style you paint in these days someone will assume it is just Photoshop with filters (I have got used to this comment).

Each painting is acrylic on canvas and takes anything from 3 weeks to 6 months to paint depending on the subject and reference that I can find. This painting is 1m x 0.5m and will be on display at Memorabilia in November along with about 15 other original pieces including the Wez painting. I have added the pictures of the Wez painting in progress again to show a canvas at various stages (I am preparing the same thing with the interceptor picture for release at the end of the month). If you live in the UK, come and see the original painting and say hello. I will not be selling this painting but will be displaying it in Manchester and London during 2006.

Probably seeing the original painting is the only way most people can satisfy themselves (lol) and see close up the style of painting I do. Hope that helps."

Here also is a photo of our stand at Memorabilia earlier in the year showing some of the canvasses in the background (the picture was in 2 sections hence the line on the left hand side)

InvisibleInc,

Excellent work on the painting. I'll be ordering one on payday (15th) as it will go quite nicely into my new place (yet another place... arggh!)

Will they still be available in another week? Or could you hold one for me on the email address I use on this forum (which is the same for PP)?

(I could pay for it now but I don't like gambling with what money I have left this close to payday.
