Deleted Scenes

Hi,

Not sure where to post this...but I came across the site and really enjoyed it.

In the 'deleted scenes" area there is some discussion of a scene where Max saws off a shotgun and a scene where the intercepter stalls. The author was asking for more info about those scenes.

I have an old Beta (remember betamax?) tape of the Road Warrior and it has both scenes on it.

Have no idea how to put it into a digital posting form.

I have a couple of old beta machines here and one has PAL format. If you'd be willing I'll gladly make a copy and then post the scenes online or make copies for those interested. I'll then send your tape back.

Would be great to get a copy of the whole movie to see what else is different !!!

sc1972 please send it to Doug. He is an old fart and pretty harmless. (His bite is worse then his bark..specially since his new false teeth!!!) hahaha sorry Doug... couldnt help myself.

Please if you send the tape( even if it is a bit fuzzy and blurry) you would have a bunch of seriously happy fans.

well thanks for the positive feedback guys....evn if it is a cheap shot from Sam, but i guess you owe me a few eh? I'd definately make copies for those interested and the only costs invlved would be that of postage and the cassette itself.

I have an old BetaMax tape of MM as well, but haven't been able to view it. I'll send it up to you for review just in case this new tape falls through. Hopefully there is something worth while on it.

I just fired off an e-mail to you. All us fans are looking forward to seeing this and i promise to get copies made as fast as possible.

Mark, send me your tape as well as I'd like to compare them....imagine me having to watch Mad Max 2 times in a row!!! I can just see the look on my wifes face now!!

Truly do make this happen. I am sure, considering the rarity and desire of fans to see these scenes (roumer had it that only the pre release, audience reaction test copy held those scenes)......that Peter would most likely want to add the clips to the "Deleted Scenes" page on this site.
