The character 'Spike' from the Buffy/Angel series

(played by James Marsters. The Buffy/Angel series is in

the United States.) is very similar to the character

Bubba Zanetti (played by Geoff Perry) from Mad Max. Both

wear black leather, ride a motorcycle, have short blond

hair, and seem to emanate creative inspiration with

their style of movement and speech. They also have

similar voices and faces. That imitation was most likely

the doing of Joss Whedon (the Buffy/Angel series

creator). I am not angered by this imitation, but rather

I am quite glad.

Someone else that watches Angel/Buffy...

Actually Spike is probably based upon any and all Blonde British tough guys. Like Sid Vicious...who in one episode is said to have stole Spike's looks.

Yeah I agree with mfpmax

of topic have you seen Firefly? its another Joss Whedon series but got canned halfway through its first season but you can get the 14 episodes on DvD. IMO this series is better than Buffy and Angel and I used to be a big Buffy fan.

They are working on a FireFly movie appparently, there is a guy that runs a website "blog" or whatever and he is on the set of the movie and updates it from time to time.

Yeah, I wish that didn't get canned.

Well the first episode was called Serenity, and I guess its basically an expanded version of the first episode, but I haven't a clue as I haven't read the site since I first found it.

Sci Fi(in the US) should pick up the series and bring it back, instead of showing crap that they currently show.
