Where does the name come from, is it implying some form of cannibalism??
Also what was with the nose, was it some sort of cancer or something?? His feet looked really f**ked up too!
Any info on him??, he seemed really creepy and perverted, could easily imagine him as some sort of sexual deviant. Thought him and Bullet farmer were grossly underdeveloped. I did like their resentment of Immortan Joe's obsession with the Wives though. They were really p**ssed of to get drawn into the whole thing, seemed to me.
I also thought People Eater's fighters had more resemblance to the Marauders in MM2 with the masks and the wrist crossbows.
I'm wondering if Gastown is going to be featured more in the next movie? Fuel seemed far less of a priority than water at least in this film. Maybe that will change in the next movie.
Questions on The People Eater..
Re: Questions on The People Eater..
Most likely especially given how grossly obese he is and there's not exactly an abundance of food and protein aside from The Mother's Milk.
The comic and game might shed some light on him and Gas Town too since both feature around the area Gas Town is in.

And available where?
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Im hoping Amazon will sell them, can't imagine them turning up in the local newsagents. When you say comics, are you meaning more like a graphic novel where the cover isn't hard like a hardback book but is pliable but still stronger than a general comic??
Are there any websites with info on them?

But this is why I loved this movie. They weren't undeveloped. They served the purposes that were needed. Look how much about The People Eater you figured out just buy his name and his design. Isn't that enough? Here's the thing ablaut wanting to know all the info. When I was a kid I really wanted to know how Annakin Skywalker turned into Darth Vader. Then I grew up and found out. My daydreams about it were much cooler than what it ended up being.scfc68 wrote:Where does the name come from, is it implying some form of cannibalism??

Comic as in comic book. In the US you'll find them at book stores and comic book stores. UK folks will likely need to order them through Forbidden Planet. You should be able to get them digitally too.scfc68 wrote:Im hoping Amazon will sell them, can't imagine them turning up in the local newsagents. Don't worry though because in September all the individual comics will be collected in one graphic novel volume with extras!

I haven't seen FR yet (going tonight, after original trilogy rewatch marathon), but when I heard that The People Eater was played by a "John Howard", I immediately thought of:
That Goose is on fire........

I can see the resemblance
You can never know what might become of an ex prime minister
We have an ex prime minister that probably end up even worse
