Fuckin idiots!!!
The MAD MAX world has always been full of females kicking arse.
Anyone remember Warrior woman or Aunty for christ sakes???
And even though Jesse was petite and cute, i had the feeling that if Diabando wasn't playing with a hatchet while holding her child, she woulda taken them all.

Agree 100%.

I'm kinda proud to see that Max isn't just now leading the world in terms of portraying action but also in terms of portraying progression. I'm also -really- proud of how the community here has been over Furiousa.

Well i just saw it today and she is one hell of a great character!!!
I really loved the character and came close to a little teary in one scene, that's very hard not to spoil.

I know George doesn't write past characters into his sequels, but i'd love to see her again.

There is still a group of men that you can compare with Immortan Joe. They see women as things.
Those men think they still can grab any woman by there hair and drag them into there cave, and what more.

And the old MM movies have indeed a number of strong women portrayed. The warrior woman, aunty Entity, Jessy maybe. But don't forget May Swaisey. An old woman with a big shotgun single handedly keeping a complete gang of bickers under control.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Don't forget Savannah Nix in Beyond Thunderdome. A fearless warrior who ultimately became the leader of the group that settled in the ruins of Sydney.

Yes. It is her who lead the kids out of the oasis. Even Max was her follower. Pretty much the same situation as in Fury Road. Except Savannah actually succeeded in her quest.

And btw, weren't this group of women in Nigeria released from the Boko Haram captivity just days ago... with most of them being pregnant. That's our world right there. Little less V8's and little more diesel, but it's happening.

Oh look, another tiny professionally outraged group whining about their oppression on the internet because they're so disconnected from the real world they can't even handle movies anymore.
