I think the 'blood bag' is actually a victim tied to the front of the vehicle Humungus style.
They basicaly crucify someone and strap them to the front end, the front bumper has foot support.
Biolumen - brilliant find! This whole collection shows that not a whole lot was changed from the original idea from 13 years ago (wow, that was long ago). It really looks weird and wacky, I'm glad Miller toned it down a bit TBH.
