I have a pair of black harness boots that it is time pass on. They are the same matte black leather as engineer boots. Size 9 (probably a medium width). I bought them in '84....that long ago. I liked them because they have a bit of a Mad Max flavor to them and are not like most common harness or engineer boots. Comfy, too, as I recall. They have been stored in the basement for sometime and smell like it. A bit musty. A good cleaning and going over with some leather care stuff is definitely in order.
They have Vibram soles, not leather.
I am going to list them on Ebay, too, but catch me before the auction ends and they are yours for $40 plus shipping.

Still have these. Never got around to ebaying.
