The last beer is Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout.

Drinking what was left in the bottle after filling the glass doesn't taste beery. A sip from the glass doesn't taste that beery either.
After 5min, there is a nice taste. After 10 min, I get an interesting taste as I'm almost done swallowing, and when doing the empty mouth swish.
Unfortunately, it seems to go flat between 10 and 15 min, so I would recommend a drinking window between 5 and 10 min.

It looks like I won't be doing any more reviews until the middle of March. Of course if this changes, I'll give you a head's up.

The beer's in the fridge. I was wanting to get home soon, so I didn't put much thought in, and went in a more "commercial" direction in my selections.

The first beer is Labatt Blue in a big can. Looking at the mouth, I can tell this can isn't pourable.

Upon fist drinking, this does have a prominent beer taste, but wasn't annoying. There was no change after 5 min. After 10 min, the beer taste has almost gone away. No change after 15 min.

Since I have an empty stomach, I'm now starting to feel some effect, 20 min after opening, and a few minutes after finishing the can.

The next beer is Heineken in the bottle. For some reason, after opening the bottle, I swore I caught a whiff of BO*.

Like the can, there isn't much of a beer taste, in fact, it's almost non-existant. Same thing after 5 min. Same after 10 min. No change after 15.

* I think this has to do with how the nose works. I think it only picks up a few different smells, and combines them to from more complex odors. Similar to how the tongue only picks up four things(sweet, salty, sour, bitter).

The third beer is St Pauli Girl. Not much of a beer taste, but has another interesting taste which becomes more apparent when doing the empty mouth swish. Same after 5 min. Same after 10. Actually, this beer kind of has a bad taste to it. It's been some time after finishing it, and I'm still feeling the effects. I did have a bit to eat earlier tonight, so my stomach shouldn't be totally empty.

The last beer is Beck's. This tastes the most beery of the four I reviewed. After 5 min, it seems the beer taste has decerased. The empty mouth swish doesn't taste that good. After 10 min, it seems to taste worse.

This appears to be my last review for this year. I'm thinking I'll be at it again in March. Of course, things can change.
