That's what I was talking about. It's the view that patriotism starts and stops with putting a flag in your window. If they were expected to make some monetary or personal sacrifice for their country, they'd forget their patriotism PDQ.
We have the same sort of people over here. I was watching a program on TV once and there was some dumb ass who got all pissed of when her husband went off to the middle east. She married a guy in the army and then got upset when he had to risk his life for his country.
Maybe I could try that.....get a job at mcDonnalds and then go on TV to complain when I have to serve a burger.
