And just for the sake of completion, here are some photos I found of the road that was built at Mundi Mundi for the movie back in 2010.

In this video interview, the man who ran the motorcycle stunt dept, Stephen Gall, talks a bit about the movie. Basically, he says that 2/3 of the movie is stunt action, "way more stunt action than any movie at any time". The interview was made at the Troy Bayless classic back in January, and I think that quote from him has been posted here before. They also have a slide show of some set pictures that were first posted to this board by myself and others. No credit given, though. FF to 3:00.

Darren Rowsell's Experience

Props / Mold Maker
Fury Road - Mad Max 4
2009 – Present (4 years)

I have manufactured over 200 replica identical weapons in the last year in Namibia, Africa. Using a wide range of materials depending on the application of the props. Weapons include pistols, rifles, shotguns, machine guns, antique (percussion cup), grenade launchers, etc. The 2 years previous was spent fabricating imitation motor replicas for the crash cars in Mad Max 4.
