Australian News Companies got some really cool footage of The War Rig in Gastown. It looks more like a train than a truck now.

Spoiler tags not working
A lot of cool worlbuilding in this clip like the War Rig guards fighting off the Gastown workers as the produce + milk/water? is unloaded from it. Also how much more populated Gastown is compared to the War Rig needed in Fury Road. There is also a quick clip of Furiosa up front with the War Rig driver. Whats most interesting is we see Dr.Dementus on a 6 wheel vehicle that races up alongside the War Rig.
Some pics of the Gastown gates. We saw the portcullis in previous photos and I was a bit disappointed we weren't getting the double gates that the concept art showed but it looks like they only made them now.

Watching Fury Road I've always wished we got an alternate version where the War Rig finishes the supply run to Gastown and here we finally get to see that.

I read the Doof Warrior origin was planned to be released as a comic, same as Furiosa making a deal with the Rock Riders but "they ran out of time".
I wonder if both stories will be in the Furiosa film.

All very quiet lately. We got spoilt with so many shots of Gastown.

Taipan aka Mad Max Bible posted on his Twitter page that reshoots were happening towards the end of January.

He also mention the film is progressing well, therefore we might see the movie as early as March 2024.

But you are right, there is a lack of “spoiler type images” which makes me wonder is most of the reshoots etc now being done behind closed doors on sound stages?
I remember when the video of Immortan Joe’s vehicle and those of his entourage driving in the Namibian Desert leaked. No such luck this time

Cheers for those! I was doubting the original release date but I'm more hopeful now with the main filming being done.
I've never followed a film's production but I thought someone would have released a clip from one of the road wars. Maybe they are just being much tighter this time. Do we even know who is playing Immortan Joe?
