The STANGS were fun, but those giant Trucks were pricks, i kept thinking how the hell did MAX throw round the MACK, cause these things barely steer properly.

Exactly , they seemed to be pretty stuck on authenticating everything else, like flames coming out of exausts of cars, and the airpressure clicking sound of gear changing, but no Truck stack smoke Image

Ford...Dodge...GM/Holden...Mitzubishi...they're all the same. It's just the name on the box. There's so many crossover parts, chassis sharing, company mergers, brand buyouts and intellectual property sharing anymore, they need to be listed as: CAR with option "xA", "xB" or "xC"...oh wait, Scions doing that now...d'oh! The old days had the real cars and trucks that were made by the actual company...just look at MACK. They make everything except the tires...and would do that if they could (just look for the gold bulldog). Everything today is made all over the world by suppliers that produce parts for every type of make, then ship them to the different plants for assembly. The plants are just like big 1:1 scale model builders, with the end result being the kit labeled as a Dodge or a Ford. Just take my "car" for example: Engine assembled in Mexico, Trans in Canada, Seats in the US (by JCI the company I work for), some panels made in the UK, the electronics and wiring harnesses by Mizakya Japan then shipped back to the US for final assembly. Just take the "NEW" Mustang GT for example...it's the same bloody chassis as the Lincoln LS and Jaguar X/S series (it's called the DEW98 platform). So I get a real kick out of these old coots that are diehard this, or that, and young Gen Y'ers that get all bent out of shape over a name. It's just the bend in the sheetmetal and plastic that make the new cars different nowadays. That's my two Russian Rupels.

PS: 1.MM1 Pursuit Special, 2."Earth" R-600 Mack, 3.Maxs' Yellow XB, 4.Maxs' BTD Ford connastoga, 5.BTD Transavia cropduster "skyraft".
