WEZ Vs. IRONBAR BASSEY

Post by AdrianUK »

I've said before that ironbars' contribution to thunderdome was very "road runner/ coyote" wasn't his fault, was a ridiculous script, news of mm4 is that it will follow the original winning formula, that cancels casting angry anderson out straight away, i myself am not bothered wether fury road is made or not, the first two films work because of there freshness, it was these 2 movies that sent my life in a new direction, mm3 nearly sent me back!! . Although mm3 is entertaining, that's all it is, i would rather remember the shot of max with the lone wolf at the close of mm2, than think of him with those annoying kids.

Ever see Vernon Wells in anything else? Commando, Weird Science, Circuitry Man? Not the greatest actor, but he does the bad guy thing ok. At his best in Road Warrior! Non-verbal at it's best.

As far as the gay thing, there are some very powerful homosexuals that I wouldn't wanna get into a fight with. BTW, was FiFi supposed to be gay?

Mitch.

He was also in an episode of "Knight Rider", I'm surprised that Wells didn't get the part of Mr. Joshua in the first Lethal Weapon or abe cast as a stalker in "The Running Man" cos' he was the Bad Guy's Bad Guy. But then again, as for LW 1, I guess one Mel Gibson friend was enough as the guy that played Johnny the Boy also played the part of the "Suicide Jumper".

It's like Deja vu all over again...

I think if Ironbar had more clothes he would be more menacing. I think it's the lack of pants. At least Wez has chaps, even if he is a bit cheeky. Look at Donald Duck vs. Mickey Mouse. Mickey rules Disneytown due to the fact that he has pants, and Donald only has a little coat.

True?

Sorry rockatansky, I'm the guilty party. Just had to state my appreciation for one of Australia's underrated actors.
