He said something about a Bartertown map.

I still took everything with a grain of salt.

hmmmm bartertown map. what had I said about movie content dlc...maybe I was more right then I know. that said however while I have sold games for a living in the past and been prevy to often advance knowledge I would think if an actual re-order bonus was set up we'd see it on the actual site for the game seeing how they want to drive pre-orders. ganted you did say take it with a grain of salt but I sorta doubt they have that information any more then we do at this point. frankly their twitter has gone all but silent for the game which is slightly disheartening because I'd really love new information. it's like they've just gone into hiding or something. one thing though in the newest screenshot of max outside the car near the rusted out submarine...that car body looks a lot like a duster. we've seen a corvette body,a mustang boss 302 body and now a more duster mystery body. aside from being perlexed as to why they'd choose american muslce I think this shows that we can choose a new body for the magnum opius and maybe future dlc will have car bodies that would really make the game worth more of a go. if they had a Valiant charger body or a falcon xa body man I'd be very sold on this game.

either way I am doing gamefly cause I cannot afford to pick up any games for most of this year. but as stated I have the ps3 and ps4 editions in my game que so I can not only tell you the difference but also likely to tell you if the game is even remotely worth it and which versions is best. so we'll see whenever it gets announced for release.

You can't afford the game but you bought a new $400 console? What?

EDIT: Ah nevermind, a Christmas present eh? Although if you have a PS4 there'd be little reason to try the PS3 version when it's a fact the PS4 version will be technically superior and sites like Digital Foundry will provide technical comparisons between consoles.

If the game possibly isn't due out for another 13 months there isn't really much they could or should say really. Avalanche have made some cryptic tweets about something going on these past couple of days in their NYC studio and will be at GDC, although if nothing comes out of GDC then E3 is on June 10th and should provide some new media and news.

Warner Bros. also had West Coast Customs build a fully working Magnum Opus too:

Just a couple of minor observations but since we all kind of know that the game is pretty much FURY ROAD, minus the Five Wives...maybe.., in the trailer you see Max left for dead without his boots, jacket and shirt severely beaten as they take the Interceptor....a look and idea at how the events unfold in the movie?

There's also a couple of shots in the game trailer where Max has a different look sporting the bandaged left hand and long sleeve torn white shirt without the jacket that we've seen some BTS set shots of Hardy having a similar look. ;)

I don't think that's what happens in the movie, but in the animated comic it shows that Chumbucket watches Max get his ass handed to him and saves him cause he sees Max as some sort of savior and believes in some weird.. literally car cult. So yeah I think there's no connection to the movie, Chumbucket gives him new clothes too probably, they build a new car, go out looking for his car etc etc etc.
As for the Tom Hardy'ish look - I can totally see how they took that from the movie just as they based a whole bunch of things on it.
