Who Built the New Interceptor???

I think we have found who built the New Interceptor!! Just been flicking through the other threds on this forum and found this picture uploaded by biolumen, from http://www.apocalypse.co.za/index_files ... llery1.htm

Note it does not look exactly like what we saw in the interview, however it looks like a work in progress. Obviously the zoomies, nosecone, blue steering wheel and lack of a rear spoiler are all wrong. But the fact it was built in south africa seems to fit the time line of when miller was going to film it there.

Those look like the same/similar rims, and odd front arches, but it has the lower airdam intact still..... The "Paper" looking light covers (seemingly applied from the back) also make me think this could be the one..... still I wnet and loked at the site the photo came from and I am not seeing who actually built it, where are you seeing that?
