Also, the MM wiki gives the nickname of the Ford F350 claw car as "Claw Truck"... is this confirmed anywhere? It seems too generic -- could this just be the name for the category? Kinda like how the Holden HZ and the Monaro are both apparently "Fire Car" with a number after it... could most of the claw cars be called "Claw Truck" followed by a number or something?

This is in keeping with the theory that the individual nicknames ("FDK", "Rhino", etc) were secondary to them being called either Buggies, Fire Cars, Polecats, Claw Trucks or Caltrop Cars.

Claw Truck, that came from Andrew Rickard. I called the truck 'Fang Truck' and he corrected me, so that's as official as we're going to get unless it has its own unique name.

I got, and am continuing to get, a lot of info from Andrew Rickard. He has the names and production details of 99 vehicles, including many primary cars and doubles!

He has so far clarified the existence of these vehicles:

Polecat #1 Mainline Ute
Polecat #2 Mainline Ute (probably a double, is this by any chance the one Max swings from?)
Polecat #3 Oldsmobile
Polecat #4 Dodge Fargo
Polecat #5 Hummer
Polecat #6 Pontiac Safari
Polecat #7 Buick -- this was removed from the Polecat group, lost the pole, and became simply "Buick"

Also, I have confirmed that the Jeep is Claw Car #5A, which by the look of things was on loan to the Citadel, much like Ploughboy. There was a double of this jeep, called Claw Car #5B.

Oh, and Buzzard #4 is called "Boneyard Mongrel", and is made from a Maple Leaf Truck body. And Plymouth Rock is actually Buzzard #2, so the Buzzard #2 on the Fury Road Vehicles site must be one of the other numbers.

Fantastic! The filenames of the images on that site reveal so much -- including the vehicle designations (ie, Cranky Frank is Caltrop #3, Caddy is Caltrop #5, and so on!)
