With a bit of a birthday that 4 door would be ideal for a road trip around Europe. Once you get out into places like Poland, the roads are shit. The Falcons built for that sort of terrain. The bullbar would help as well.

Welcome to the forum!
Awesome Purchace! Congratulations! I wanted to buy that car from the moment it was listed. It looked like an incredible deal. I guess MMC can add another country to the list of places that one of their sold cars has gone.

I thought I might point out that the kit in the photo does NOT look like a Mad Max Cars .com kit....... I noticed when the car was listed for sale on the MMC website that said it was Imported by the old owner, along with the kit, from Australia. Considering the date he imported it, I am going to guess it is an older Grant and Gordon kit (check with the seller to be sure).

I am sure the MMC guys would be glad to help you get one of their kits. From what I am told by several folks who have used both, it will save you some trouble fitting and give you a nicer finished result. Dont take my word for it though, ask around with people who have experience using both kits before you decide.

The chain in those handcuffs is high-tensile steel, it'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this, now if your lucky ? you can hack through your ankle in five minutes. Go !

You might want to clarify then, as there is only one www.madmaxcars.com and its main location is in Seattle WA USA. The california location he is refering to is probably "Mad Max Parts" which at that time (6 years ago or so) sold the kit that [name witheld] used to make. They now offer the one from MMC, as the old [name witheld] kits did not fit very well, and had a lower quality of fiberglass work.
Let me know how it fits, that will likely tell you which it is for sure.
