Thanks so much guys,I thought the pics may be of interest to some of ya's and I have to say that it was a special moment for me also,I've taken nothing for granted and appreciated everything that's happened for me since we moved to OZ.

I have to say a special big Thank You to Ian Mitchell for his help on this one, those of you not familiar with him can find his name on the credits at the end of MM2 and was also involved with Scott in the making of B2TM,thanks Ian, without you.....well,you know mate.....

The original plan was to film as many scenes as possible with the Interceptor as close to the movie scene as we possibly could, considering our conditions with the heat and time limit and just working off screen grabs from the movie we did really well,it's for a little project I've thought about for a while, just for a bit of fun and entertainment really and having one of the original crew getting really into it with us was just the icing on the cake.

The following pics are screen grabs of just some of the scenes we tried to re-create,unfortunately the compound can't be seen (for obvious reasons!lOl) in the shot of the Interceptor supposedly leaving it but once the whole thing is edited and put together with other footage it will all make sense...hopefully!

Yeah Dirk, she's filled out too quickly!LoL

Hey Scottyoz, the dog slept all the way nearly, not one problem with her, just stopped every now and then to water and exercise her.

Sam,the Bikers are the Broken Hill butchers! and I mean butchers! they are big MM fans and are friends of Ian, he phoned them when we originally went out to the creek and they met us there but came on there bikes to the lookout on the last day ,they were a real pair of characters that added to the whole experience!
BTW Sam,Ian has a behind the scenes pic of how we got that shot,I'll have to get a copy of them from him,he actually set that shot up.

Once again Adrian, great pics. They fully feel like stills from the movie.
the question now is whats next?
Dan
...sorta slow motion. he leaves the seat, goes through the windscreen, headfirst straight into the tree...right. and then, bounces back through the windscreen. by the time we got to him.. he was just sittin there trying to scream with his face ripped off......whats the matter?

Cheers Dan,as for what's next, well it usually takes a while to get over each experience!LoL,it's still sinking in what we actually did! we had the same feeling after the Easternats event.
I suppose I'll just keep regularly visiting Broken Hill, there's always something and someone new to meet and maybe just look forward to the reunion in October,I've got a face like a dried up tomato at the moment so I need to recover from that!LoL

Once again you have lit up the forum my friend. I must say that inthe shot with the dog I think you could pass as Vernon Wells son. Someone with photoshop skills should put that pic next to a recent one of Vernon....mmmmm, interesting.

Thanks again for posting, there are so many replicas out there I really enjoy when people take the time to post pics for us to enjoy.

Your car looks fantastic, I am so tempted to do the conversion just to the rear of mine.
