Hey Rock, in House of 1000 Corpses, what were they saying on that eerie tape recorded message as the 3 'broken victims'were being lowered into that well?

"BURY ME IN A NAMELESS GRAVE"

Thats all i can make out, the rest is to mumbly, i think its DOCTOR SATAN's voice, before he got hung, and lost his voice.

What i wanna know what he's saying while operating on JERRY, you just can't make it out, but its definently something, like its not just noise.

I gotta get the script, or ask ROB.

I watched it once, but am by no means a horror buff. So I didnt really know, I had thought i had heard somewhere that zombie had bascially been doing a remake of an older horror movie.

House of 1000 corpses is a remake of the vincent price movie from the 60's called House of 1000 dolls.

About the new Punisher movie, I loved it and I think it was made quite well. The only complaint I have is that they made Frank (The Punsiher) a cop and not a Marine like he is in the comics. It is much easier to believe a Marine going all homicidal on a bunch of criminals who wronged him rather than a cop. Also, Marines are noted for their ability to adapt to new situations and find creative ways to win. I'm a former Marine, so I suppose I'm a bit partial to the Marine storyline; but I really think it would have added much to the character.

As for comparing the movie to Mad Max, I really don't see it. Sure, the guy dresses in black, but what other color would he wear? White? Also, what better incentive for revenge do you have than your family being killed? Both movies have a revenge theme, but I think that is the only comparison there is.

Keep in mind that Janes charactor "Frank Castle'was a Desert Storm vet and was sin the special forces thats why he was good with weapons and fighting yeas they cnahged it from Frank being in Nam and a Marine but they wanted to make Castle more up to date.i can't f**king wait for the game to come out later this month, the game mags have said that this one could be the most goriest game even made as Frank puts the badguys heads into a belt sander, bransh shredders, fast food friers and even a pirahna tank LOL >:)

They also make references in the new Punisher movie to the fact that he was ex-special forces. There was a whole scene meant to feature Frank Castle as a Delta Force operator in Kuwait during the first Gulf War but unfortunately due to budget limitations, they couldnt film it.

Director Jonathan Hensleighs commentary track on The Punisher DVD openly acknowledges the Mad Max references. The Punisher was very much in the vain of minimalist action movies like Death Wish, Mad Max.

Well, I finally got round to watching it this week. Had the film at home for a while but you lot put me off.

Anyway, I thought it was great. Good action, funny lines. Yes, it's ripped a load of films off, but surely that's a tribute to all the films we love. There were bits from Max, Desperado, Escape from New York and of course Death Wish.

Half the time, people on here say there aren't any films like Max etc., then when there is one, they take the mickey out of it.

It also has a line I could only compare to Rutger Hauers famous "F*ck the bonus" line in Wanted-Dead or Alive when Travolta says "You killed my son", then there's the explosion in the background and Jane corrects him "Both of them". Pure class.

I'd like to see the original again as it's so long since I watched it, but I always remember Dolph's wooden acting tended to spoil it.

Just my opinion, but I think it'll do well and I'll recommend it to my customers.
