Most glaring, obvious, annoying errors

what irks me in MM 1 (and they could've fixed it for the DVD easy) is when Johnny the Boy shoots the mannequin with the shotgun and you can hear two blasts, when it should just be one. the sound editing was just bad cause there's just one blast in the mannequin's face.

I thought that for years and it pissed me off too, but now i justify it by saying it was an echo.
