It should be about 5cm tall and 4cm wide. I think the laminating idea would work fine; it sounds the least expensive and fastest to get out there. A few people have expressed interest in buying them. What do you think?

Then it would be simple to just use the image in the first post and udjust it. Print shops usually have laminators and craft shops have pin backs. I would think that these are steps most people can do already so I don't see why I would be needed.

I can still see about doing one 1/8" thick on a laser cutter.

The wheel doesn't look silver in the screen cap. Or is that just me?

The silver badges here are laser cut/etched. The bronze badge is scratch built except for the wings with laser etched lettering. Used auto enamels for the bronze color.

I guess my intial suggestion of making this pin on your own through a print shop is best. My fellow board member "justarse" may use it as another excuse to accuse me of being here for the sole purpose of profiteering.

Justarse = Another fake ID. Ignore him. Or come over to my message board. There aren't a lot of people there yet, but I reckon that will change in time.
