just found another today, real bad one too, cept you gotta be sharp to spot it.
Slo mo, the rolling of the LANDAU, in particular the shot of it from the side, on its final resting as the INTERCEPTOR shoots past (well it doesn't exactly shoot, the damn driver goes pat at about 20.) anyway , pause that bit, and you'll clearly see, the front of the INTERCEPTOR is still completely intact. I mean one minute they make a major mistake and use a shot of the 'frontless interceptor' about to crash into the back of the LANDAU, then they make an even bigger one, though granted, i wouldn't have seen it if i haden't been slo mo'ing that bit, to look at something else, they use the 'intact front' car just after its hit.

Day and Night!
When Max flees from the refinery and is pursued by Wez and the Gayboy Beserkers, it's sometimes brighter, sometimes darker ...
IMHO, this scene wasn't shot in the night but with a very dark lens!
Not really a blooper, but it has always disturbed me, because it reminded me old movies from the 50's, where such effects were often used ...

I could probably make it on my own, but I like you kids.

I also hate the crossing over in that scene - MAX flies off into the night, he goes in the left direction, up over that hill i presume, you know the one the truck and everyone go over before the battle, except, it looks almost as if max has taken a huge uturn and turned back towards the compound, looks like hes heading off behind it, but really all the vehicles are just going to the left behind the hill, they probably should have gotten them to go to the right, that confused me for years.
Also the direction MAX came from with NATHAN, now it was to the right of max's hill he was camped on, that WEZ and the others chased NATHAN down. yet when asked where max had found nathan, max says "two or three miles down the road left for dead". clearly its just up the road , just past the hill, only half a mile away, infact with binoculars, and as high up on the battlements as the compound people were, they coulda seen it all happen, and with the 'nomans land' section empty of VERMIN, they shoulda sent someone over there to rescue nathan, themselves.
Another directional thing. MAX, thakes off up the left, of his hill, like i mentioned before, Then later on when GYRO looks through his telescope at the smoke, he looks over at the right hand side, over where the wreck of NATHAN's dune buggy, would've been.

remarkable observation Rock! That are such things those emerge in the subconscious and produce a kind of grind ...

The thing that really bugs me is the use of speeded up footage when Max is leaving the compound in the interceptor and the maurauders poilce lights are going wayyyy too fast

Blah I hated that too. Ruined what would have otherwise been an enjoyable sequence.
but, dont say speed up, Anklecranker will run over and talk about undercranking the camera and 120 FPS and other stuff I can only pretend to understand.

The only one that really bugs me is the Night Driver's car, now driverless, with that damn JATO rocket in the back. That was so unnecessary! And so glaringly obvious. Other than that though, the other boo-boos aren't unusual, certainly for lower budget, non-Hollywood megamovies.
