About the Gyro Captain

Go to the "Cast & Crew" section and click "Arkie Whiteley"

This shows Jebediah the Gyro Pilot Captain.

His teeth do nto look that bad to me. Nothing a year in the tropics and some baking soda wouldn't fix. The only real basis for the argument that they are different characters stems from the fact that Max nor Jeb said "Hello ole mate how's the situation?"

Max didn't even want to acknowledge Jeb in MM2 ( He never was addressed my name). Max knew he was a back- stabbing no-good to start with and dealt with him as such. These two were not friends.

There was no reason for Max to act like they were friends. "You're not going to leave me here are ya? ...Here do what you want".

Two different characters that just happen to fly and have the same motis orperati? Com'on

Miller had to label him as Jebediah because there was not Gyro in MM3.

That picture is of ARKIE WHITELEY and BRUCE SPENCE. not GYRO , they haden't put the sh*t on his teeth yet.

"your not gonna leave me here are ya", yeah sure max didn't give a sh*t about him then, but that was before GYRO rescued him from the INTERCEPTOR wreck. and check out the smirk they give each other at the truck wreck, at the end, thats a possible friendship. max had new respect for gyro.

It is impossible to think in those terms, that they are the same character. BRUCE SPENCE, was just such a memorable character in MAD MAX 2, that MILLER was pretty much having an 'in joke', hey look, its that funny guy you all loved in my last movie, look he's funny again.

And i don't care how angry max was with him, he still would have acknowledged, their past together, and don't tell me max didn't recognise him, cause even if he didn't, JED sure as sh*t would have recognised MAX.

Besides all this sh*t, MILLER himself has said they are NOT the same character, (as soon as i find the f**kin article i read it from, i'll stick it up here).

UNCLE, those books turn up yet, dude?

Yeah..lemme say..Max doesn't give a crap about hugs or any of that stuff..Also, I am not from Albania, I am from Buffalo NY..I just hit the wrong thing on my profile..didn't notice till now.

oh i tried, dude, but i got so many articles. I think it was in a STARLOG though, they're pretty good and thorough, like the FANGORIA of SCIFI.
