Regarding vehicles, on the other thread someone mentioned there would be more bikes - I am super on board for that, the bikes in MM1 were something I loved and the Vuvalini bikes in Fury Road were fab (just a shame we didn't get to see the rock riders' Gasgas in action).

As for directorship, I don't think I've seen or read anything from Mel Gibson that shows he has the same sort of eye for the art of story telling that Miller has. I would hope that whoever would take over the reigns would have such vision because that's what makes the difference between an average action movie and something that really stamps itself into your subconscious (for example: James Cameron or Paul Verhofen) ... there must be young up-and-coming directors who could take the ball and run with it.

In the mean time, my jets are still warmed for Furiousa :)

How about Mel playing the role of a younger and leaner Immortan Joe?

His heydays as a hero are counted anyway.

Furiosa is not a Mad Max movie. It is a spinoff. It should not have the words Mad Max in its title or be mentioned when this movie is talked about. I won't be going to see this.

Apocalypto is an amazing action film. I reckon Gibson would make an excellent MM film.

I still think this about MM3. And MM4...

Nonsense.

"Fury Road" is not MM4. It's a new Mad Max universe featuring a new Mad Max. Proper and legit.
