Still no word from Warner Brothers or any official pages. Strange.

Still no official word, just a bunch of news sites linking to the amazon page. I'm still skeptical about it.

Nothing to be skeptical about it. It's a product listed on Amazon's page, they're not going to make up product specifications.AquaCola wrote:Still no official word, just a bunch of news sites linking to the amazon page. I'm still skeptical about it.

In fact the page has been updated to reflect what looks like the final cover art:

It could be Germany has a different licensing agreement which is why they were able to release a CE blu-ray back in September? Perhaps the rumored quarrels between WB and Miller is preventing such a release stateside.

Did they say why was it pushed back? Now you can understand why I'm a bit skeptical. Until there's official word from Miller or WB we don't know if the black & white version is even on it. I'm not doubting there is a hi-octane edition but its just odd that Miller hasn't said a word about it. I hope its real.

According to amazon.de the release date is pushed back to October 25th.
Miller is known as a perfectionist and perhaps he actually works on the Black and White version of Fury Road and needs more time.
Who knows...if we're lucky we even get a directors commentary on the blu-ray.

Hope it has some kind of MMFR director's/cast commentary included as rumored on some sites. I've got into commentaries over the last couple of years and I was a little disappointed there wasn't one around. This set sounds well worth it, even if there isn't.
