Looks like hes at some sort of sci fi or movie convention thingo , I'd hazard a guess and say that is some sort of cosplayer / promo model posing behind him , looks like a vehicle behind him with a dummy holding a gun on its roof near the fellas hand and look right at the edge of the picture ... a skull ? early Fury Road promo ? date on his laminate says 22 - 24 march so its recent ...........
