I wonder how longer until we see a movie poster or a trailer. Apparently some trailers are made during post production and before the movie is fully edited for release. Heck I'd even like to know what the actual movie logo looks like.

Be cool to have the logo kind of pop on the screen like the beginning of The Road Warrior. I hope this movie pays homage to the first two. There were so many great concepts in the first two movies that could be used and expanded upon. I bet we see touches of this.

Interesting, but I cannot imagine they recreated what we saw in the first one. Namibia, vehicles, everything looks like MM2 or MMBTD universe and we saw nothing that can be use for a MM1 recreation...

If they would do flashbacks of the story from the beginning, the parts of MM1 can't be filmed in Namibia. MM1 plays within "civilisation". It is until the end when he takes his revenge on the biker gang that you see Max drive into the "prohibited area" that he, in the time that plays after the end of the movie, most likely never left to go further into the wasteland.
So, those few flashback scenes from MM1 would most likely be filmed in Australia. In MM1 everything was green with vegetation. No desert required.

And I remember an other discussion on the forum from a while back. I can't remember if it turned out to be a hoax or not.
But it was about that parts of an Australian city where blocked for filming high speed chases for a MM movie.

That would be lame as hell if they did that.

Might be the new car was built for close ups and shots involving Hardy and the car for insertion into the flashback footage from the other movies. This could explain the supposed second Interceptor also built. One for MM1 and one for MM2. Remember the shots of vehicles in Australia from a year or two ago? Perhaps this has already been shot.
