Possible pictures of actual Fury Road vehicles
Re: Possible pictures of actual Fury Road vehicles
That pic above from one of the female cast members, I'm pretty sure that is a woman in the foreground, possibly one of the five wives with silver or bleached hair. its a shame the sun glare has made it really hard to ID the people on the sidelines watching.

Re: Possible pictures of actual Fury Road vehicles
I was wondering. At the start of this treat there are the pictures of the tanker with some pieces cut out. So we thought the tanker could have been modified to accommodate people or something similar. And at this point we still not sure what the tanker is used for.
Yesterday evening I watched the 1967 British spy movie "Billion dollar brain" with Michael Caine.
In that movie an whole army is transported in tanker trucks as a disguise.
If in MM4 the tanker would be used to transport people, would George Miller maybe been inspired by this movie?

(But now I also remember that I have seen a recent vampire movie in witch the vampires hide inside a tanker truck)

"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Source: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =1&theaterthat turn around on the right of pic was this end of a 4km stretch of road George Miller had carved out of the plain at Mundi Mundi to film Fury road on, but then they pissed off to africa .... we were sworn to secrecy, but i s'pose it doesn't matter now.
the truck crash site from MM2 is on that range of hills, over to the right of pic .... the road from it runs along this side of the hills on the plain, all the way across the pic

Hello all ive just joined the forum...but have been reading it for years....i have a question i guess furyroadcars can answer?.....if the Gigahorse is Powered by 2 big block supercharged engines.....is the Interceptor a highpowered machine as well or keeping the fake blower setup?.....after all it is supposed to be the Hero car.....and with all these other high powered setups.....it will be quite inadequate...Hope someone can answer.

Although I could answer that question I think I'll leave that a mystery. After all, a large portion of this forum is all the discoveries and guesses as to how thing were done in the first 3 films. So I don't want to spoil the fun. I'm happy to answer question just not things that I think people will enjoy figuring out themselves.

Re: Possible pictures of actual Fury Road vehicles
I have another question for you Furyroadcars....
as you were working with the vehicles etc on the set, were you told the story/script or only the parts you were directly involved in?
I don't want to know the story, but wondering from a film making point of view whether everyone involved in the production is aware of the whole story.

Re: Possible pictures of actual Fury Road vehicles
we were given scripts and had in depth story sessions so we could immerse ourselves in the fury rd world.
of course we had to sign for them and give them back.

Looking for a subjective answer to a subjective question....again, without giving anything away.
Knowing what you know of the script, who do you think this movie will appeal to more, diehard fans or a new audience?
