Trying To Find Specific Picture of Max

I don't have that still. That was obviously a publicity photo or a photo by the onset photographer. It's definitely not a still from the movie. Just to add a little to this thread, I'll go ahead and attach a high quality DVD grab from the closest he gets to that pose in the movie:
