Yes, that's Death Guild. The car used to belong to the lead singer of the Information Society.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good effort, and it's great if you're into the industrial scene.
But it's nothing like MM2. It's almost a MM2 and MM3 hybrid. Or what a novice might think a Mad Max car should look like. Sort of how Americans think Aussies say, "Put another shrimp on the barbie."
Aside from the bumper guards and light bars, this car just has a lot of seemingly useless dressing covering it. It's just too "messy" for my tastes. (Are the hoses falling off?) They're all sort of low-budget mods with lots of scrap metal. Where is the custom exhaust system? Turbos? Blower? Custom front end? Spoilers? Cannibalized bumpers and grills? Marker lamps? And again - it's painted in the typical flat black spray can paint job.
Again, it's a cool car - but not really true to the MM2 aesthetic.
Others Can't Get MM2 Vehicles Right
Re: Others Can't Get MM2 Vehicles Right
Add me to the list of people who didn't get it right. I started out rying to make it look appropriate for a madauder vehicle from MM2, but now I just want it to frighten people as though the driver must be a homicidal maniac.

I removed the light bar, and painted over the grey doors and roof but intentionally letting it show through:

"If it's all the same to you...I'll drive that tanker."
