The first is Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat. When pouring, you can smell the cherries. And you can taste them on the first sip. After 5 min, I can still taste cherries. There isn't much beer taste. After10 min, the cherries are still there but a bit odd. Belching yielded a nice fruity taste. At 15, I get a bit of beer taste at first, but then the cherries take over. Same after 20. Same after 25. I give it a thumbs up.

Next is Redbridge Sorghum beer. This doesn't have much beer taste. After 5 min, still the same, but there is a different taste too. Same after 10 min. Same after 15min. Same after 20 min.

This time it's Shiner Bock. Not much beer taste. After 5 min, there seems to be a bit more beer taste. Same after 10 min, but it seems like the carbonation disappeared. After 15 min, the carbonation is back. Taste-wise, still not beery, but i taste something else. After 20 min, there is more beer taste.

Now it's Michelob Porter. This has a nice taste, not very beery. After 5 min no change. There was some beer taste when I burped. After 10 min no change. After 15 min, it tastes a bit different. After 20 min, no change. After 25 min, it tastes a bit different. It just gave me 3 nice belches.

Now is local brewer(actually a few blocks from my job) Boulevard Dry Stout. It has an ok taste, not very beery. A bit of beer taste after 5 min. Doing the empty mouth swish gives the burnt taste that stouts have, but not as much as Guinness. It seems after 10 min, there might be more beer taste. No change after 15 min. After 20 min, the taste was kind of neutral. Same after 25 min. Belches don't have much taste. Same after 30 min.

The last beer is Wild Blue Blueberry Lager. It is purple, and smells like bluberries. It has an odd taste, like a geneic berrymixed with beer. After 5 min, it has a different odd taste, but no beer taste. Same after 10 min. After 15 min, another odd taste. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min. Same after 30 min. Same after 35 min. Same after 40 min. I've never had a berry wine, but I assume this could be used as a (maybe cheaper) substitute for a berry wine. This is 8% ABV, and I'm feeling it since I had a small dinner about 11 hrs ago. Even though I haven't built up an alcohol tolerance, it's kind of odd since I'm around 273 lbs, and it was an American-sized bottle.

The first beer this time is Heineken Dark Lager in a bottle. First sip doesn't have much beer taste. Same after 5 min, but with maybe a bit of the burnt taste you get with Guinness. After 10 min, there is less beer taste. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min.

Next for toay is O'Malley's Cream Ale Irish Style by Weston Brewing Company. This has so much f'n carbonation, that it took forever to pour. Sometimes it looked fomay even coming from the bottle. First sip was kind of beery with some other odd taste. Same after 5 min, and it seems it turns to foam when it hits your mouth. Same after 10 min. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min. This one definitely gets a thumbs down.

The next beer is New Belgium Brewing's Abbey Belgian Style Ale. First sip gives a bit of a beery taste, yet seems a bit different. After 5 min, seems less beery. The differt taste I mentioned ealier seems to be a relative of that Guinness burnt taste. Same after 10 min. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min. After 25 min, there seems to be less total taste. After 30 min, the flavor made a comeback.

Now we go south of the border with Tecate. First sip not very beery. Same after 5 min. Same after 10 min. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min.

Has anyone else in the US noticed that Anheuser-Busch has recently been rolling out new beers under the Budweiser and Michelob brands. I wonder if this is due to, or in response to the foreign takeover. On a talk radio show, a caller who toured the A-B facilities said they make a bunch of different varieties of beer that are only sold in the St. Louis area.

This time we go to the Far East with Tiger Lager. First sip is a bit beery. Same after 5 min. Same after 10 min. There seems to be another taste in the backgrond which doesn't seem that good. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min. I don't think I'd recommend this.

The final beer is McEwan's Scotch Ale. First sip not beery, but may also have the Guinness thing going on. Same after 5 min. Same after 10 min. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min. Same after 30 min. Something odd is that when I took the last few sips, it would make me shake a bit. Since my stomach is empty, I'm feeling a bit light-headed minutes after finishing.

The first beer is Sapporo from Japan. It is in a can. First sip has a beery taste, and some other thing. After 5 min, it tastes less beery, but the other taste is still there. After 10 min, there isn't much beer taste, but the other taste is still there. and isn't that great. After 15 min, there is not really any beer taste, and the other taste seems to have decreased. After 20 min, the other taste seems to have come back, but that may be due to the way it hits my tongue, which I'm sure I mentioned earlier. After 25 min, the other taste is decreased. Doing the empty mouth swish yeilds what may be a metallic taste. Same after 30 min.

Fortunately, even though it was in a can, I was able to pour it and maybe lost 1 or 2 drops. The can itself is very heavy, and doesn't flex when applying normal finger pressure. It does not say what kind of beer it is, but does say, in small print at the bottom, that it's brewed in Canada.

The second beer is Grimbergen Blonde Ale. First sip not really beery, but has another taste. Same after 5 min. I think maybe it is a beery taste, but a bit different than nomal. Same after 10 min. Same after 15 min. Same after 20 min.

The final beer is Steinlager from New Zealand. First sip is a bit beery. Same after 5 min. Same after 10 min. It seems less beery afer 15 min. Same after 20 min. Same after 25 min. Almost no beer taste after 30 min. Since I just have water in my stomach, I'm feeling it after almost completely consuming the 24.5 fl oz of 5% abv. Same after 35 min.
