Kwaka, I totally understand. I did not mean to knock you either, so I apologise for the way that came out.
Like I said the bike is beautiful, and if I was in your shoes I would most likely feel the same way. I certianly do not mean to even seem to blame you for not ripping your pride and joy apart. I am a car nut so I understand.
You dont know me personally, and only know MMC by reputation at best, so why risk somthing so valuable?

Its just that I happen to be "in the know" that folks ARE starting to come forward with some good possibilities, and it is just a matter of time. So your (very understandable) frustration with the situation got me going, because I am very passionate about getting this part into production, and, well, you have the one missing piece of the puzzle in you hands......

Hopefully we can see each others prospective. In any event again I am sorry for pointing a finger.

He was involved in another topic (with his 'son') elsewhere on the forum that got ugly and it is unclear if he was for real or not. Needless to say I doubt he will be back again. We've seen it before, we WILL see it again. Life on a forum....

Tons of info here Matt.

Do a search of past threads in this topic.

I'd start with "fairing woes for goose bike builders", although there are many in the archives.

I don't mean to be rude, but I am not up to re-typing it all at the moment.

I try to think of it as a quest for those of us who do not yet have one.

Are you up for the challenge?

Hi Matt
Bozz is right there is lots of info in the threads about this issue. It is well worth the read.
Regarding Japan, the latest info leads one to believe Whitehouse seems like it may be defunct, but we have a contact in Japan looking into it as we speak, so I will reserve a true opinion until I hear more. Their Phone and address listed on the flyer in the goose bike building section seem to be no longer current in any case.

The faring is sort of like diamonds right now............ They are only rare because supply is restricted. In this case, that one elusive peice of the puzzle has not yet made it into the hands of someone who is willing to make them well, and available consistantly.

The saga so far is somewhat interesting, read away.

Post a pic of your KZ when you get a chance? I always like to see peoples ride.
