Great to see those pictures. MM2 was filmed in winter like it was said before. It must have been cold for you during shooting.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

It is very interesting to see all these behind the scenes pic, especially since they depict how cold it actually was while filming and the scenes were protrayed as hot. Looking forward to seeing more on the new board.

Was all that your real hair or did they weave in extensions?

It was a wig from about the top of my head back...the white streaks were my hair ....imagine going back to school like this when I was finished....pretty cool at 8 years old.

Yes it was F`n freezing, I had a slight case of pneumonia while I was there. Working long hours and these conditions took a bit out of me. I also had a difficult time with the dust and my contact lenses my eyes were always irritated..By the way I tell alot of people that have seen the movie that my eyes were different colours Most did`nt even notice. But one was green and the other blue.

Your participation on this forum is absolutely INVALUABLE Emil. It's so cool to have you on board. From a huge fan's point of view, you know?

By the way, did you ever get to take a spin in either one of the XB's that were on set?? You're the man Emil!

I dont recall having a ride in the BOB.. but did have a ride (double) on one of the dirt bikes.

When we filmed my last scene (in the yellow bus), the bus had to go back to town from the pinacles and so did I, so they let me go back in it. I was at the back with no window as in the movie and I can`t remember what the toy was but I dropped it out of the back of the bus and instantly went into hysterics because it was probably my favorite toy at the time.

I had asked the driver to stop but he said we would never find it in the dark..so we got to town and one of the runners heard my comotion and went back on the dirt road to the pinacles and searched for ages... and returned with my toy...what a legend and I was obviously grateful.

I did however go for a flight in Byron Kennedy`s Black chopper while in Broken Hill...that was cool.

also 600HP if you here of any news of a BluRay version of the BOONDOCK SAINTS or any news let us know..

Thanks heaps

So cool to have your input on this board, Emil, especially all of your experiences on the movie set. Just to satisfy my curiosity, out of all of the vehicles that were used, did any particular one grab your attention back then (except the BoB, that is)?

Personally, mine would be the gray Charger that has the air gun mounted on the back.Image
