hi maxerites, has anyone noticed that mad only laughs once thru out mm2,its when he shoots the biker thru the macks roof, the feral boy liked it so max laughed with him.just a small note on the mack,as teenage boys we tried to recreate the starting scene from the film many times on a truck with the same starting system....but without a aircompressor your chances are nil.we had fun though trying!!!!!

After the first chase Max takes the "music box" out of the hand of the dead truck driver. When he listens to the tune, he smiles. That's 3.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

When he regains consciousness after rolling the BoB and Gyro brings him back to the compound, he sits up and smiles.

Gyro wonders if Max's new shells are blank. Max pulls out his sawed-off shotgun, asks Gyro "we try?" and smiles ...
I could probably make it on my own, but I like you kids.

Gyro tied up in the back of the BoB with the Shotgun wired to the cage..

Max's little smirk at Gyro's gasp when the rabbit distracts Dog..

I suppose that depends on the definition of acting..

Acting can mean the "Believable Portrayal of a Character".

I think he pulled that off quite nicely.

I've felt for some time that Max, as portrayed in Road Warrior, is possibly one of Mel's Best performances, (Certainly in my top five favorites of his) as he believably portrays this burnt out shell of a man who is above all VERY different from Mel Gibson.

Some of the other parts he's well know for tend to be.. rather Mel-like.. Martin Riggs, Rick Jarmin, etc..
