Welded in four places?

Damn, but they're making 'em cheap these days.

The Chrome 8-Spokes on my Javelin are welded all the way around.

Well, I'd trust the cheapos on a trailer, maybe.

Seen too many supposedly "Rugged" wheels torn apart from rough use on a Driver.

Yeah, four long beads covering about 75-80 percent of the circumference. I've treated mine like a red-headed stepchild and they've held up OK. It all depends on the welder I guess, and the quality of steel.
