It shant be long before I am 'officially' a member of the MFP. Want we need is a set of guidelines, laws and such that we follow that show to others the ideal is one that is true and worth following.
The first rule I guess is

"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.
