It is STARLOG in 1985.

The book of RoadWarrior has only this.
MADMAX appeared in HIHO(JAPANESE MOVIE MAGAZINE) in 1999.

Have you ever seen an old issue of Hobby Japan from the mid-late 1980's with a scratchbuilt Mad Max figure?

I do not understand the report of Hobby Japan in 1980. However, the report of MADMAX was in Hobby Japan in 1985 which I have.
