Were would every one like to see the character of mad max go in the 4th addition. With so many years gone by in the wasteland they could take it anywhere....

They must get back to the original sh*t but also, if I'm right, Miller would like to do the mix of the older sequels.

Pre- mad max would be cool. It would be great to see all the cars back in ation again. To film a story taking place after thunderdome would take one hell of a story. I'm sure the world would be more desperate ,with less means of fuel & food. Maybe a rebuilt society, a rebuilt world. Sounds like miller has a story in mind that came to him on a flight somewhere. Time will tell.
Its to bad he never did more books. He could of made a bunch like lucus did with star wars. Pre-madmax, storys in between. Even charater storys, books from the lord humugus's & wez's point of view. That would be cool. Probably only us die hards would read them though.....

In the end of Thunderdome, Max walked West, into the sunset...maybe he went on Walkabout to Perth and ran into Gordon and Grant and got himself some new wheels...

Now that sounds like something Z would write.
Shame on you for encouraging him!!

How about this
The movie start's with max wandering around the wast land when he stumbles upon civilization
So he go's into the town and realizes that there is a group of people calling them self the MFP and fighting crime, and these guy's keep helping him out and he has no idea why so he goe's to see what there story is by barging in while saying nothing in true max style, and when he get's to the head guy he stop's and stares at the face of a badly scared....................Jim Gose ("Don't right of the goose until you see the box go down the hole")
So gose take's max into an underground garage and reunites him withe the yellow interceptor.
or something like that is what i would make.
cheers chook...

I always thought it'd be interesting if Max stumbled across a foreign Military group (From a nation allied with Australia) who informs him that said country is rebuilding and sending out scouting parties to see who else is rebuilding.
Something I dabbled with a Bit in a Half-assed Fanific I was working on was setsome years before T-Dome and featured Max versus a tribe/gang of cannibals and the stripping of the Lone Wolf to build the T-Dome Buggy.
Dropped the Fanfic in favor of Quarantine Run, though.. So it wasn't much more than a very rough draft of the first couple of scenes.
(Max, driving a rapidly deteriorating Lone Wolf finds abandoned encampment with cooked & Eaten dead bodies and a partially disassembled 4X4 which he repairs with parts from the Lone Wolf.)

heya Guys and Gals,
I've deleted zanettis script and any posts related to it. There was nothing bad in his script nor in the posts that followed but as pointed out by another member, it's very long and it continues to get posted on this forum.
ZANETTI: What I suggest is that you upload it to your server and then provide a link for those interested. Any further venting using foul language and you'll just get every post deleted until you make your main e-mail public. I could do this but it's not the proper way. You wanna discuss this then please e-mail me off the board and I'd be happy to yap.
Thanks to everyone for understanding.

Thanks Doug.
Ontopic: I would like to see a new settlement deep in the heart of the wasteland. A settlement built like a fortress, to keep marauders out naturally. Like the compound in Mad Max 2, but way more solid, a lot bigger and better put together.
Since all big cities have been attacked with nuclear weapons I doubt that would be a nice place to live with the lingering radioactivity. So no post apocalyptic Sydney settlement please. That always bugged the crap out of me when watching Beyond Thunderdome... why do those kids fly to a city that has been nuked? (I assume all major cities have been nuked because it would make no sense to use nukes on a piece of desert).
And secretly I'd also like the goose to return. He could be a very interesting character since his entire body was burnt to a crisp. There are a lot of possibilities concerning his outfit since seeing his face would be out of the question. (why? Ever saw a burnt man, and peoples reactions? That's why).
And since we're talking new settlement: Why not has a new Main Force Patrol? A new settlement of considerate size needs some kind of instrument to keep order. Maybe even reach out and bring Justice to the wastelands...
