That is too awesome. And like Doode said, he's looking good, I wish I looked that good, and I'm only 42.

I had an incident in Reno, maybe ten years ago. I was in one of the casinos, in the cafe area, and there was this cop (he was with his partner, and they were on break) who looked incredibly like Goose, but older, of course. I finally got my nerve up and approached him and asked if he'd ever done any acting. He said "No, I haven't", in a decidedly American accent. I asked him if he'd ever seen Mad Max, and he said he had, and I explained that's why I asked him what I did. He said no one had ever mentioned him looking like the actor in Mad Max before.

I know; how in the world would Steve Bisley wind up being a Reno cop...but you never know where life will take someone, and I had to make sure.

Good stuff,

I've also met him a few times at the pub down at the Phillip Island GP, one year we had the whole bar chanting "Goose, Goose, Goose" etc & caught it all on film. Then did a mini interview with him & Paul Mecurio.

All great fun.

oh my god what's happened?

What a great experience! Good pictures, good story, and a good time! He doesn't look like he's aged at all, except for the grey hair. Thanks for sharing with us.

Dave,

How about a close up picture of the badge. I like how you went with a "realistic" look rather than just the line art style. May be interested in a set.
