sh*t yeah BIKER, i'll email you in a minute with my address, - how is it that ROY's in it? is it a direct sequel to 'Androids dream of mechanical sheep' ? or is it more to the movie.

My NEXUS 6 is in big streamlined digital kind of writing, with TYRELL CORP realy small underneath it, like copyright ya know.

I'll leave that quote up another day or two, someone out there might have seen it - i'll give ya a clue, its got JOHNNY DEPP in it, and is considered kind of 'arthouse'.

Of course!!

Sleepy Hollow

LOL! Image

The book sequel is more to the film (thank f**k) as the original book by Phillip K Dick is... Well I didn't like it and so I won't offend any fans of Mr Dick by saying it was utterly shyte as are all the others stories I've read of his. Whups!

I won't ruin the story for you Rocka by saying how Roy 'returns' but he does. Deckard and all the other principle characters in the film are in this book and it takes place about 18 months after the story in the film. No, not the directors cut, which as OHC rightly said; Sucked! The voice over and other little details are what made it soooo much better. The sound track is brilliant too!

Still really like that tattoo idea, the description sounds great too! If I were younger I'd be sorely tempted to have one done. But since I'm 43 I kinda think it'd be like me having my ear pierced in a vain attempt to recapture my youth. I'd sooner grow old disgracefully without the need for such futile attempts at vanity! LOL!

Maybe I should be a Nexus2 or 3 model, one fo the first anyway, some mornings I feel like it! Hehehhehehee

Absolutely dude, i always hated the DIRECTORS CUT, with the whole idea of DECKARD being a possible Replicant n' sh*t, i loved the voice over - made it like some old 40's detective movie.

i'm 28 mate, and just got an entire half sleeve tattoo finished of all my favourite HORROR characters, starts at my eldow, goes right right up to my arm pit, and over my shoulder like a singlet tan line - i don't think your ever to old to get tatts done.

... And no, my quote ain't from SLEEPY HOLLOW Image

Well.....story goes that Harrison Ford never wanted to say the lines of narration that were in the 'original' film...which is why he reportedly sounds so bored and unenthusiastic.

(IMHO I feel the narration sets the mood of the film and strengthen's Deckards' worn down by life, burned out cop persona).

In the "Director's Cut"...this narration is removed...and it feels...bland !?

In addition....it includes the wierd scenes about a Unicorn that occur in Deckards sleep/subconcious.....this is meant to link up with the oragami unicorn that 'GAFF' (the creepy copper) leaves on Deckards desk at the end of the movie..i.e. he knows what Deckard what dreaming...becuase Tryell put these images in the esper programming of all replicants...eg Dekard is a ROBOT (a real spoiler)

the movie was based on a book called something like "Do robots dream of electric sheep"
