This is my wife's Mustang but I am the one that did the work, so it may be her car, but it's my artwork.

Thanks. I designed and machined the "331 Stroker" on the valve covers and the wire looms are entirely my own design and machine work.

Of course there is an alterior motive for building her such a nice car. I wanted to build a Mad Max Interceptor for myself and she always wanted a 66 Mustang since her parents sold the one they told her they were going to give her when she turned 16. They sold it 4 months before her birthday! Well I figured if I was going to be able to build my dreamcar without any moaning, complaining, or other hassles from her........I figured I would build her's too so we got both cars at the same time. I didn't spare any cost with her car. Now when I need to spend big $$$ on mine I don't hear one peep from her.

So the Master plan has worked beautifully. Remember this guys.

Yeah, you might say "I'll do whatever I want" but how much heat do you get from the wife and how much does that detract from what you do?

We also go to cruises and shows with her car and my truck. It's brought us closer together. We are going to the huge all ford swapmeet in Columbus Ohio together this weekend. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive.

It is basically done (the website). I just need to add a few more things to the Aussie Falcons section.

I am about to start a website for her car. I have pics of her car from the previous owner even who did the sheetmetal aspect of the car (it is all steel) and then all the pics of everything I have done to her car including axle, suspension, engine and engine compartment, and the rest. I plan on getting her the Shelby GT 350 hood that she wants for Christmas.

The fact that your wife likes her classic Mustang is really cool. The fact that she knows what a Shelby GT 350 hood looks like definately puts her over the top. Don't let that one get away; she's a keeper for sure!
