Hey Mad Max fans....you will be happy to know that all of the "Obstruction of Highway" charges have been dropped against the "Texas 12" finally, due to "Lack of ANY evidence".

I have a lawyer looking into a lawsuit against the city of San Antonio, Texas ...specifically the SAPD "Bronze". This particular lawyer is known to make cops piss themselves. Very high dollar and famous, ...due to my former girlfriends connections....this will be Pro Bono (Free).

As the second motorcyclist and a former Navy Chief, having served in Combat in two wars,...it was not a nice home coming for me. I have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and isolated myself from the public for a year prior to me starting to go out and try to enjoy life a little bit. Only to be arrested and thrown in jail with the scum of San Antonio(not the Texas 12) for 15 hours. Anger does not begin to describe my feelings,...having to check in with a bail bondsman once a week to let them know I am alive and answer for my location and status of court. This, knowing that I could be thrown back into jail at any moment if I failed to call every Wednesday. This gave me incredible anxiety and I have since crawled back into my hole. I am looking into leaving the country for good. America arrests people at 7 times the rate of the next leading country per capita which is Russia. This seems to be BIG Buisness not justice. A very hungry animal that is never satisfied. Is this what I was risking my life and limb for as I killed on the front lines... Living in the dirt and eating out of a bag as we were mortared, missiled, sniped and ambushed in the course of our objectives? I have lost some of my American Spirit and now I actually fear the police whom I used to train. I can no longer look at a young man and give encouragement to follow the same path. I am seeking counseling from the Veterans Administration and hopefully I will come out this the same man that once loved his country dearly. Have we fallen so far from the ideals of our Founding Fathers...or is it just my perception? From the land of Litigation,... "The courts will hear about this, I can assure you!"

..... you are SPOT ON Magneto... Incarceration IS big business in America..That all started when the Justice System started handing out contracts to run prisons via CORPORATIONS.. Every corporations MAIN goal is to turn a profit.. If your business is getting paid to lock people up , you need to increase the # of incoming...correct?... but it is not ONLY the privatly run corrections centers that are now doing this...City jails have found a way to increase the government subsidies without increasing the facilities total population..

Example:..Say you get locked up at 8:00 at night in Vegas for a "ticket" style offence, you already missed the night meal and you will more than likely be OR'd before the morning meal BUT they have you on the books for 2 CALENDER DAYS , so they spent NOTHING to incarcerate you for 12 hours in the holding tank , yet they get paid for TWO DAYS by the govenment to house you there... cha-ching...

....The # of new prisons in America does NOT mean that the # of criminals has increased...It's more like..BUILT IT AND THEY ( Johhny Law ) WILL FILL IT!......

Gary,

While traveling with my 5 year old daughter we spent some time in an airport waiting with some GIs on their way home. I introduced them to her as the truest Americans, and we thanked them for their contribution.

As a lifelong resident of San Antonio I must saw that this is a typical example of Police behavior in this city. They are a$$holes. Once one of my friends got a ticket for obtructing traffick, why becuase he was carrying a bunch of pvc in the passenger seat of his car that tumbled down when he started to move forward so he stopped to get the pvc situation under control. A motorcyle cop behind him wasn't paying attention and almost hit him. So this cop reads him the riot act and gives him a ticket.

Jerks the lot of them. San Antonio just needs to up and fire the entire police force and start over. That's the only way I can see to fix this problem.
