Wayne, the hotel is the famous Silverton Hotel in Broken Hill, the owner had a few of the 1/24 DDA diecast as mentioned in this thread, but he was only selling them to interested customers, as the hotel was used by cast and crew from MM2 it was fitting for him to sell them as a bit of a novelty.
