Post by V8 interceptor »

great news guys, i have just recieved my 1/24 model of mad max black interceptor its awsome, it has all the detail and it was bigger than i thought it was going to be and it even has the blue light inside and the red button. are they going to be making a model of his interceptor in mad max 2 and are they making a model of his yellow interceptor from mm1 i would love one of them to go with my black interceptor.

Cool Image

Is that the Aoshaka one, that you can get off e-bay shipped from Hong Kong?

I do a bit of modelling myself, and have been considering getting it. If it's any good, I may well get one.

Although I should really finish my half built '57 Chevy first. Then there's the limited edition Cobra. Hey, that's a point....

Any US based user know of a 'net based paint supplier that'll ship to the UK? I need Guardsman Blue, a Ford colour, for my Cobra, and I can't find it anywhere. I can get it mixed, but need a colour chip.
Larger than life, and twice as ugly.

Got the same one here a few months ago. I like diecast because I'm a lazy bastard, and don't want to put things together. I only wish they'd made it 1/18, so it would fit with the rest of my fleet...

When we got this big television cabinet, my wife said "I don't want to put anything on top of it, okay?"

Heh heh, yeah....okay...whatever you say dear.

I purchased the DDA model while up at the Silverton in July, Chris the owner had purchased a batch from Adelaide, it's not bad but it has the MM2 blower and pipes and the roof spoiler is a bit 'bulky'!

My DDA was a late Christmas Present. I kept mine in the box for value.
