Audio Portion of Mad Max

Who In The HECK RUINED and altered the original audio part of the movie Mad Max? This great underground cult flick has been totally destroyed!!!!!!!!!!! I have seen it on AMC and the result was awful. Please explain this one to Me!

Last time I cought Mad Max on AMC it was the Original Dialogue version.

Don't tell me you liked the (Politcally Incorrect insult laden descriptive terms for Dubbed version: DELETED) DUBBED version better, did you?

(I'd still like to know what HACK decided that the original Dialogue needed to be replaced by horrible, talentless and badly cast voice actors)

Though i've complaibned before about MAD MAX not getting as much attention as that overrated glossfect STARWARS, i kinda like it being cult, and slightly underground.

The low budget audio sound is what makes Mad Max cool, the muddy, thick, creepy, cheap sound and voice tracks. All I know is if you have a great steak ya don't destroy it with steak sauce. I've been trying to get AMC to tell me who messed with it, but no responce.

Guys...just ignore this guy. He's obviously not even close to being a true fan, rather he/she seems to be more of a sh*t starter....he has only just joined and starts buy saying the crap that he does is proof enough for me.

We all first heard the movie as the dubbed version and all agree that the original Aussie version is preferred. I still watch the dubbed version when it airs on TV but that's the extent of it.

I didn't realise there was a 'low budget' audio sound version! and if it's the American dubbed version that's being referred to, which I'm sure it is! I can't see the problem, the original version is dubbed coz the yank distributors think it'll fair better with audiences? big deal, I wouldn't go as far as to say it was "RUINED" or"MESSED" with, I find nothing wrong with the dubbed version,certainly not to the extent of contacting a broadcasting company?!! You don't like a version...........don't watch it!

Yanks been f**king with Aussie movies for years - with THE CASTLE. they cut out the dialogue about our comedy show we used to have over here called HEY HEY ITS SATURDAY, just because some Amercians might not know what they're talking about.

f**k 'em, how many movies are there from the US. that still to this day crap on about GILLIGANS ISLAND, or that f**king LEAVE IT TO BEAVER or whatever its called, i'm sure we may have gotten those shows when tv. first came to australia in the late 60's, but f**ked if anyone can remember them, so do we dub them out of Aussie prints? no.

I hear you guys only just got our Zombie movie UNDEAD too? i think its funny as sh*t how FANGORIA at the moment is going off about this 'new highly original, talented zombie movie', when the damn thing was released down here almost two years ago.
