For a thread that everybody seems to hate and feels is stupid there sure is a hell of a lot of replies. In fact there is only one thread in the general post listings that has more replies than this one. The Force is strong in this one!!

i jsut know i'll be dragged into a war i was never apart of but i'm going to have to disagree with what chewbaca says.while the original starwars trilogy was legendary it has become wattered down and even starting to become a joke.

at least miller doesn't release 10 thousand editions of his movies "now with eight seconds of more digital eye blinking."

george miller knows when a movie is done and he has yet to make a prequil with an anoying sterotype.

starwas has some cool technology and some better weapons but i'm sorry with what lucas is doing to the orginal movies it's almost embaressing to say i'm a star wars fan. episode 3 will redeem lucas only so much until he rerelaeses it with more footage and bigger and better sound oooooooh.

One last thing and you won't hear from me again, at least anytime soon....What do you mean the kind of people it attracts? At least when the SW fans hold a gathering, they make sure to get it approved by local authorities and go through the proper channels. When was the last time you heard of a group of Star Wars look alikes getting arrested for soing something stupid like...I don't know....having a leather clad gang drive down the highway following a tanker? Anyway, when there is enough fans and popularity for the Mad Max "saga" (if you can really call it that) to have a part 4...then come and talk to me. Until then.....
